Mail
As easy as ever – use the envelope enclosed with your bill. Make your check or money order payable to Delamrva Power, place your payment and the top portion of your bill in the envelope (with the Delamrva Power address showing), put a stamp on it, and drop it in the mail.

Credit Card
You can pay your energy bill with a credit card by calling 1-800-375-7117. There is $5.75 fee per $600.

Direct Debit
Direct Debit is a carefree payment option. Save time and postage by having the amount of your energy bill automatically deducted from your checking account each month – without writing a check! You can be confident your payment is made on time each month – even if you’re away from home. It’s easy to sign up!

Pay-by-Phone
If you have established a Pay By Phone account with your bank, you can pay your energy bill using your Pay By Phone account.

In-Person Payment Locations
When you’re grocery shopping, or just out and about, it’s easy to pay at designated stores, pharmacies and banks. Check the list of locations near you.
