Third Party Notification

Sometimes a service suspension can be avoided if a pre-selected friend, relative or social services agency is informed of the pending suspension. If you wish, we will make every effort to notify a "third party" if your service is in danger of being disconnected. This service can be particularly helpful to someone who lives alone, customers who are away for an extended time, or senior citizens who live some distance from their family.
